Schedule commitments
Prewire, trim and commissioning dates tied to your milestones. We staff to the schedule and show up when we say we will.
Submittals & cut sheets
Product submittals, finish samples for keypads and grilles, and specifications for design review or association approval.
Tested, labeled, documented
Every cable certified and labeled before drywall, with a photo record and an as-built cable map delivered to the owner.
Owner handoff we own
Training, documentation and support after move-in are ours. Technology questions come to us, not to your project manager.
Our origin
Fifteen years on Miami luxury jobsites.
EZ Volt is the smart home division of EZ BH Projects, a Miami custom home builder with estates on North Bay Road, Old Cutler Road, Indian Creek and Star Island. We formed EZ Volt because the low-voltage trade was the one we could not reliably hire, so we built it.
Today we serve EZ BH Projects builds and outside builders alike, with the same drawings, the same schedule discipline and the same handoff.
When to bring us in
- Permit setIdeal. Rack room, conduit and keypad boxes get onto the drawings at no cost.
- FramingStill good. We walk the frame, mark drops and prewire before insulation.
- Drywall upWorkable. We fish and go wireless where reliable, but options narrow.

What the owner receives
A rack room, not a closet of boxes.
Every system in one conditioned rack, labeled, on battery backup and monitored, with the lighting panels on the wall beside it. This is what "handoff" looks like.

Scope we carry
One sub for the whole low-voltage division.
Structured cabling, network, automation, lighting control, shades, AV, audio, cameras, access control and intercom. Alarm and life-safety coordinated with your licensed alarm contractor.
