We install commercial-grade 4K IP cameras, UniFi Protect on most projects, with true low-light sensors, record locally to an NVR with weeks of storage, and place cameras where they capture faces at the doors, plates at the driveway and the full perimeter of the property. AI analytics alert you to a person on the dock at 3am and stay quiet when a cat crosses the lawn.
Every exterior camera in South Florida lives in salt air, UV and 90 percent humidity. We use marine-grade mounts, sealed conduit and stainless hardware, and we run cameras on PoE so a single cable powers and connects each one with no exterior power supplies to fail.

Do the cameras keep recording during a power outage?
Yes, for as long as the battery backup lasts. We put the network switch, NVR and router on a UPS so cameras record and stay viewable through short outages. For hurricane season we can size a larger UPS or tie into a whole-home generator circuit.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Recording is local to your NVR and remote viewing is included. Optional cloud backup of event clips and professional monitoring are available for a monthly fee if you want them.
Can you monitor my cameras for me?
We can connect your system to a licensed central monitoring station for video verification and dispatch. Many clients simply prefer instant alerts to their phone and the ability to check in from anywhere.
