Golden Beach New Build
The owners were not ready to choose every system at framing, so we designed the prewire to support all of them. Phase one delivered the UniFi network, panelized lighting and cameras at move-in; audio and shades followed a year later with no wall openings.

Highlights
- Low-voltage drawing set with 240 drops coordinated with the architect, electrician and lighting designer
- Cat6A to every TV, access point and camera location; fiber between floors and to the rooftop terrace
- Speaker wire to 16 zones and conduit to the media room, roof and pool equipment area for later phases
- Phase one: Control4 panelized lighting, UniFi network and 14 cameras. Phase two, 12 months later: audio and shades
- As-built documentation with a labeled cable map handed to the owner at each phase
