Key Biscayne System Takeover
The original integrator had closed. The owners had five apps, a drawer of dead remotes and a rack nobody could log in to. We documented what was in the walls, kept every cable worth keeping and rebuilt the system on Control4.

- Full audit and labeling of existing wiring before any equipment was ordered
- Legacy processor and matrix replaced with Control4 and a modern AV-over-IP distribution
- Twelve new 4K cameras on the existing camera runs, plus a new NVR with 60 days of storage
- Gate and front door intercom replaced with DoorBird, calling to phones and TVs
- UniFi network rebuilt with 6 access points, PoE switching and a UPS; the owners can now reboot anything from the app
